Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

• The product received is damaged or defective
• The item received is incorrect
• The package is unopened and unused (in certain cases)

Returns must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with images or video proof.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene, purity, and ritual value, some items cannot be returned:

• Rudraksha
• Yantra
• Mala
• Gemstones
• Pooja items
• Any customized product

3. Refund Policy

Refunds are processed only after verifying the returned product.
Refund timelines:

• 5–7 business days after approval
  Refund will be issued to the original payment method.

4. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch.
Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.

5. Exchange Policy

If applicable, exchanges may be allowed for the same product category, subject to availability.
